Housing two professional’s offices on the bottom floors, the single family residence above lost it’s proper entry and grand stair. Ariel redesigned the interiors of the now single family residence, returning the entry hall and main stair to it’s proper Park Avenue location. A new kitchen, dining and playrooom as well as bedrooms and bathrooms were designed.
