An 8,000 square foot Richard Morris Hunt Carriage House,  once home to horse stables has been redesigned as a Florentine Style Palazzo.  The project was done in collaboration with architect Andrew Wright and his company Wright Builders.  A three story courtyard-like living room is now taking shape, as well as children’s apartments on the upper floors and a wine cellar and grotto to the bottom floor.  The street facade has been restored to its original condition.  under construction, expected completion date 2010
